What happens after I take the impression?
After you have made the impression, you send it back to us free of charge. We then make a precise plaster model of your teeth to create your individual mouth guard.
How long does it take until I receive my face mask?
The delivery time for your custom-made mouthguard is 10 days from the time we receive your impression. We will do our best to make your face mask and send it to you as quickly as possible.
Is the process complicated?
No, our process is simple and user-friendly. The instructions take you step by step through the process.
What happens if the mouthguard doesn't fit?
If the mouthguard does not fit perfectly, please contact us immediately. We will ensure that your mouthguard meets your requirements.
Can I return the face mask if I am not satisfied?
As this is a custom-made item, we cannot accept returns on the face mask unless it does not meet the specifications you provided when ordering.
